Celtic are working on a £1.5 million scheme to deliver a new gymnasium, school office, canteen, commercial kitchen and administration block at Talocher school in Monmouth.
The project is being delivered in two phases – the gymnasium was completed in eight weeks and the other works will be delivered in a similar timescale.
Project Leader, Jordan Vers, said: “The schedule is challenging, especially given the weather, but we are delighted to be delivering this project to the highest possible standards”.
Celtic Properties have completed the refurbishment of The Gate steakhouse in Llanfrechfa within the space of a week. The brief was to create a “Vegas-Style” steakhouse – in a hurry.
Celtic brought in a team of interior designers, craftsmen and provided a full fixtures, fittings and equipment fit-out including everything from a dry-ageing display fridge for the steaks, new kitchen, bar and cellar to tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery.
Gate owner, Gareth Lee, said “We showed Tudor pictures of what we wanted, pictures we had taken from restaurants in Vegas, and he delivered. It was important for us to open quickly. We gave him the ideas and he bettered them”.
